Breaking News: Hilary Scott's eagerly-awaited new CD was released in Columbia, MO. Entitled, Road To Hope, this exciting new CD
features new songs by Hilary Scott as well as covers by Bob Dylan, Patty Griffin, Lee Ruth and Leonard Cohen. The album was produced
by Steve Gardner and recorded at The Music House Studio in Columbia, Mo. The 16-page keepsake CD booklet is the beautiful work of
Kevin Dingman, photographer. More information about the CD, and the stories behind the making of the CD, the songs, the

February, 2008 Copies of Road To Hope are sent to our troops in Iraq by the Capitol Area Chapter of the American Red Cross...Hilary Scott is honored by having 10 copies of Road To Hope sent to troops in Iraq by the Capital Area Chapter of the American Red Cross in Jefferson City, MO. Hilary Scott returns to Columbia, Missouri for a "mini tour". November-December, 2007 Even more radio stations playing Road To Hope. Hilary Scott returns from Italy in mid-December. October, 2007 Hilary Scott in Italy! Hilary Scott is now in Italy and will be performing with Italian musicians Guiseppe DAlessio and Nico DAlessio at selected venues. September, 2007 Hilary Scott and the Hilary Scott Band received a standing ovation after their performance at the Roots 'n' Blues 'n' BBQ festival on September 8th. The festival, which featured many blues greats was mentioned in the New York Times. The festival was one of the performances during Hilary Scott's recent mini-tour/return to Columbia, MO. She was overjoyed to see her many fans and to experience their warm "welcome back". Baub Eis, KRMS Radio, is promoting Road To Hope on his show. Baub had Hilary on his show several months ago, and has replayed that show. July, 2007 Hilary Scott announces that she is moving to Seattle in mid-July. April, 2007 Hilary Scott and the Total Experience Gospel Choir performed "Blessed" at the Martin Luther King Hurricane Relief Banquet in Seattle on April 4th to an overflow crowd! The banquet was the culmination of extensive fundraising by Pastor Pat Wright, the choir, and several high school students chosen by their peers as exemplifying the teachings of Dr. King. The funds and other donations (including a pickup truck) are being delivered to the Gulf Coast this month. the Blessed Hurricane Relief CD raised over $300 at the banquet and Hilary Scott and the Choir hope that this will only be the beginning. March, 2007 Hilary Scott voted "Best of Columbia" for a second year in a row! The readers of Inside Columbia magazine voted Hilary Scott as "Best Local Musician" for 2007, repeating the honor they bestowed on her in 2006!Inside Columbia has this to say about Hilary Scott: "Locally based singer and songwriter Hilary Scott is making waves — on-air and musically — that are gaining momentum and sweeping up new fans as they stretch coast to coast from our Midwestern city." Hilary Scott and the band perform TWO nights at Uncle Bo's Blues Bar, Topeka KS this weekend - February 23rd and 24th! January, 2007 The Road To Hope CD Release DVD video is now available for purchase. The video is already being shown on public access TV. December, 2006 Legendary Philadelphia rock radio DJ Michael Tearson, who is also a DJ for Sirius Radio just requested a copy of To Make You Feel My Love from Road To Hope. Michael broadcasts his show, The Bob Dylan Radio Hour, on Sirius Internet Radio Channel 24 each Sunday, 10 am and 7 pm ET. November, 2006 Road To Hope CD is released and Roadies are honored at the release concert. August, 2006 Hilary Scott performs to a sell-out crowd at the Festival at Sandpoint when she opens for Tanya Tucker. The Festival at Sandpoint is a popular, and well-known Festival that features top artists. May, 2006 Hilary Scott has signed a 5-song songwriting/publishing deal with Matt Wilder of Wilderness Productions studio, Nashville. Scott and Wilder will co-write the songs, which will be performed by Scott and shopped to the industry. February, 2005 The first edition of the Hilary Scott Fan Newsletter was published on February 1st, 2005. Hilary Scott fans can keep up with Hilary's career by signing up for the newsletter. November, 2004: Belltown Records is pleased to announce its latest Hilary Scott project, the new enhanced CD, "Out of the Wilderness", has been released. The CD includes five newly-arranged songs written by Hilary Scott and produced by Matt Wilder and Steve Gardner in Wilder's Wilderness Studios in Nashville. Featuring some of the foremost studio artists in Nashville, Scott's new album definitely "rocks"! Fans will love the enhanced portion of this CD, which features two terrific videos produced by filmmaker Brian Quist of Global Griot Productions, Seattle. Quist combines footage of Hilary Scott performing live at Seattle's See Sound Lounge with videos of the artist commenting on her songs, her performance and her Nashville recording experience. March, 2004: Belltown Records announces the release of one of Hilary Scott's earlier CDs, "Hypothermia". Formerly available only from private sources, this album has been mastered and pressed and is being made available to the public. This album can only be purchased directly from the Hilary Scott website, or at a Hilary Scott gig. The album features previously rarely-heard, original songs by the artist, performed solo with acoustic guitar. One of the cuts from the album, "Fade to Black" has been the top requested song on comomusic.com for three successive weeks.
